Using the website

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

Products and prices

• We try to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
• All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order because of such an error, we will refund anything you have paid.
• Products are sold while stock lasts. Showing an item does not guarantee it is in stock.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when payment succeeds (or, for Cash on Delivery, when we confirm it).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• We may cancel or limit orders that look fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil, and will refund any amount paid.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. You can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Reviews and content you submit

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful or misleading. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site.

Intellectual property

The site, logo, text and images belong to Dasarafest or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at our registered place of business.
