15-day returns and exchanges

You can ask to return or exchange an item within 15 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
Innerwear-type products such as socks, and perfumes that have been opened, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered can always be returned or exchanged within the same 15 days.

Sign in and open Orders.
Open the delivered order and choose the item to return or exchange.
Tell us the reason. We will confirm the pickup or tell you where to send the item.

You can cancel an order from Orders any time before it is shipped. If you already paid, the full amount is refunded.

Once we receive and check a returned item, we refund the amount you paid for it to your original payment method.
Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 business days after we approve them. Your bank may take a little longer.
Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is because of our mistake or a faulty item, or if the whole order is cancelled before shipping.
For exchanges, we send the new size or colour once we receive the original item, subject to stock.
