Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Order details: delivery name, address, phone number, the items you buy and the amount paid.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fixing problems.

We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay.

How we use it

• To create your account, process and deliver orders, and issue invoices.
• To email you order confirmations, password reset links and replies to your messages.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, such as keeping invoices as required by GST law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the store:

• Razorpay to take payments.
• Courier and delivery partners to deliver your order (your name, address and phone number).
• Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Cloudinary (product images) as technical service providers.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is open and as long as the law requires for records such as invoices.

Your choices

• You can see your order history after signing in.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your account information, except records we must keep by law.
• You can ask us to stop emailing you anything other than essential order messages.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
