›How do I choose my size?
Every clothing product has a size chart on its page. The measurements are of your body, not the garment. If you are between sizes, pick the larger one.
›How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that it is a flat ₹79. Prices include GST.
›How long does delivery take?
Usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy.
›Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
›Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery if it is unused and in original condition. See the Return & Refund Policy.
›When will I get my refund?
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we approve the return.
›Can I cancel my order?
Yes, from Orders any time before it is shipped.
›How do I track my order?
Sign in and open Orders. You will see its status, from Placed through to Delivered.
›I forgot my password.
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. We email you a link that works once for one hour.
›Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. After payment, open your order and choose View or print invoice.
